High temperature, oil reristant nbr 70sh, 90sh o-ring seal manufacturer.
Materials Character:
(1)NBR o-rings also referred to as NBR o-rings and Nitrile o-rings are the most widely used o-ring material in the world because of low cost, good mechanical performance with resistance to water, most basic oils, lubricants and some fuels, many pneumatic, hydraulic systems, and the default choice for basic applications. The Buna-N O-rings have good abrasion resistance, tensile strength and compression set resistance.
Due to its excellent resistance to petroleum products, and its ability to be compounded for service over a temperature range of -35°C to +120°C (-30°F to +250°F), Nitrile /NBR is the most widely used elastomer in the seal industry today. Also many rubber specifications for fuel and oil resistant O-rings require nitrile based compounds.
Temperature Range: NBR / Nitrile O-Rings resists oil-based hydraulic fluids, fats and oils. Temperature Range -30°C to+120°C with Durometer/Hardness 70.

(2)EPDM O-Rings are also referred to as ethylene-propylene o-rings because of the chemical composition of the same name. The use of EPDM o-rings and seals are commonly found in the automotive manufacturing industry where sealing of brake systems is required. EPDM material is also compatible with heat as in steam and water vapor. EPDM o-rings have great flexibility and chemical resistance at low temperatures. resistance to ozone, sunlight, and weathering and have great flexibility and chemical resistance at low temperatures.
Temperature Range: For EPDM the service temperature can be designed from -55° C to 125° C or up to 150° C (for peroxide cured systems).
(3)Silicone O rings are made of silicone atoms and corresponding oxygen atoms. Due to the strong covalent bond between silicon and oxygen atoms, silicon o rings are highly resistant to heat than other elastomers and are excellent seal materials for static, high temperature applications. Featuring outstanding flex and fatigue life, ozone and UV radiation resistance, physiologically neutral and insulating properties, silicone o-rings are effective in a wide range of applications.
Temperature range: Standard low temperature: -60 ° C (-76 ° F) to Standard high temperature: 225 ° C (437 ° F)

(4)FKM o-rings and sealing gaskets are made of fluorocarbon elastomers and are extensive used over a wide span of industries. The characteristics of FKM o-rings and seals made them highly desirable in many applications.FKM O Ring materials have excellent resistance to ageing, ozone, very low gas permeability (excellent for vacuum application) and the fact that it is self-extinguishing. The FKM material is also resistant to oils, acids, and silicone fluids. Other key benefits include a temperature resistance range from -20°C to +205°C (or intermittent between -45°C and +230°C). This makes it ideal for applications within the Agricultural, Automotive, Aerospace and Defence, Petrochemical, Offshore Drilling, and Rail industries.
Temperature Range : -20°C and +205°C depending on the grade. It can take even higher or lower temperatures such as -30°C / -45°C and +230°C, but for short working periods.

(5)Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBR) o-rings, also known as Highly Saturated Nitrile (HSN), are made of a synthetic polymer that is obtained by saturating the double bonds in nitrile=s butadiene segments with hydrogen. This special hydrogenation process reduces many double bonds in main chains of NBR polymers.
HNBR o-rings and seals offer resistance to aggressive chemical media at a level comparable with NBR seals, but with the added advantage of enhanced stability with exposure to heat and oxidation. It is also highly durable and demonstrates improve abrasion resistance.HNBR seals are used extensively in applications where there is continuous exposure to fuels, oil and aggressive chemicals at elevated temperatures. The advantage of HNBR seals lies in its resilience, and its ability to retain its physical and mechanical properties over its service life.
Temperature range from -30°C to +150°C (-20°F to +302°F).
